Manure removal for pig farms

The self-floating manure removal system was developed for the efficient operation of modern pig farms.  It consists of several key elements:

Correct calculation and installation of the system contributes to the efficient operation of the pig farm.

The microclimate of the premises is significantly improved and, as a result, animal health indicators increase, productivity and weight gain increase.

Above is a diagram of the installation of a manure removal system, where four lines are connected to the central collector using fittings. To avoid water hammer in the system, all 90º angles must be mounted using two 45º turns, thus achieving smooth turns.

It is recommended to install the central collector, which discharges manure into the lagoon, with a larger diameter in accordance with the ratio of the lines connected to it.
