Heating surface for piglets

An electric mat is used to heat piglets, thereby improving the living conditions and development of the livestock. The mat (heating surface) maintains a constant temperature of 30˚ and has a power of 80 W, which makes it more profitable along with heating lamps, which consume twice as much power, and their lifespan does not exceed half a year.

The production of a heating mat for piglets is carried out by vibration pressing of polymer resin, which helps to improve the quality of the product.  Inside the mat there is a heating cable with increased resistance to overheating, which is one of the most important factors in the performance and durability of the product.
